At Amazon I spent five years in AI & Innovation, including Amazon Go and “Just Walk Out” — a store with no app to learn, no checkout and no customer training. Zero learning curve was an engineering requirement there, not a marketing phrase.

Before that, at Flipkart, I built Smart Assist — a single interface that unified fragmented operational data for supply-chain teams. The same idea, more than a decade before anyone called it an AI assistant.

I also built and exited MaxVets, a pet-health commerce business running ₹12,000–13,000 average order value at 300–350 orders a month. I have run a P&L, and I have watched a profitable business damaged by building the wrong thing loudly.

Today I lead Phenomeny LLP, formerly Promethean Technology, as Founder & CEO.
